Return to Your Untamed Self

This workshop is a powerful mix of yoga, self-expression, hip hop beats, and intuitive art—designed to help you reconnect with the bold, instinctive, creative self that may have been quietly waiting inside you.

Through movement, music, breath, and creativity, you’ll explore what it means to be wild—not in chaos, but in truth. You’ll be guided to move freely, feel deeply, and remember the fierce, intuitive woman you are.

What to Expect

Opening Circle & Intention Setting

You’ll gather in a welcoming circle, seated on cushions or mats, and have a chance to introduce yourself and share a personal intention—something that feels meaningful to you today. This gentle start helps create connection, ease, and belonging.

Breathwork & Movement to the Beat

You’ll begin with grounding breathwork like Lion’s Breath and deep sighs, then flow into intuitive stretching and primal movement—guided by Nichole’s bad bitch playlist featuring her favorite female hip hop artists. You’ll shake, sway, and move in your own way, awakening confidence and creative energy.

Story-Inspired Yoga Flow

Inspired by the tale of La Loba—the wild woman who brings bones back to life—you’ll move through a yoga sequence that mirrors themes of grounding, expression, and freedom. It’s less about perfect poses, and more about honoring the story unfolding in your body.

The yoga practice ends with slow stretching and deep relaxation set to calming R&B tracks led by strong female vocalists. You’ll leave grounded, open, and connected to the woman within.

Creative Reflection: Art & Journaling

Tap into your wild self through art. You’ll use charcoal, pastels, or watercolor to create an abstract expression of what you’ve uncovered—no art experience needed. This process invites intuition, reflection, and play.

This is for you if...

If you have been wanting to step outside your comfort zone and explore new ways to express yourself—through movement, voice, and creativity.

You’ve been feeling disconnected, creatively blocked, or craving time to reconnect with your inner self in a meaningful way.

You want a safe, welcoming space to try something new, get a little wild, and feel seen and supported by a group of like-minded women.

This is not for you if...

You’re looking for a traditional yoga class focused strictly on physical alignment or fitness.

You don’t feel comfortable exploring creative movement or expressive practices just yet—and that’s totally okay.

You prefer a strictly silent, inward experience and aren’t ready to mix music, breath, and art into your practice.
