A fun, creative course for tweens and teens who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or don't know why they feel empty inside.

Your tween doesn’t need another lecture.

They need tools that help them feel better—tools that feel fun, creative, and safe to use.

RoadTrip is based on my book, Skip the Bad Songs, and it’s built to help kids shift how they talk to themselves, how they handle their emotions, and how they see their place in the world.

I don’t just give them directions—I help them find their own way. With each activity, they begin to tune into their inner voice, gain confidence, and start making choices that feel good and true.

It’s not about being perfect.

It’s about helping them remember who they are—and giving them a creative compass to move forward with more self-trust, courage, and joy.

Who Is This Course For?

You’ve cheered your child or grandchild on through every milestone, watched your them grow into someone full of promise—but lately, you can’t shake the feeling that something’s not quite right. They tell you they’re “fine.” They laugh with friends. They go to school.  But you can sense it—that quiet struggle beneath the surface. Something’s off, even if they can’t put it into words.

This course is perfect for:

Parents or grandparents who want to support a child navigating the confusing middle ground between childhood and adulthood

Girls who seem stuck in comparison mode, who’ve lost their spark, or who are pulling away

Kids who are creative, kind, and full of potential—but feel anxious, unsure of themselves, or like they don’t belong

What They’re Struggling With

The Outside Struggle

They’re busy, distracted, and trying to keep up with school, activities, and their social life. But no matter what they do, it never feels like enough. They compare themselves to friends and influencers. They’re unsure where they fit in—and it shows up in their energy, their motivation, and their mood.

The Inside Struggle

They might not say it out loud, but you can see it in their eyes. There’s a quiet sadness, a loss of direction. They doubt themselves. They talk down to themselves. They feel lonely—even in a room full of people. They don’t know what lights them up anymore. Their confidence has faded. Their dreams feel out of reach.

What Happens If Nothing Changes?

They stay stuck—going through the motions, masking their true feelings with a forced smile.

They withdraw from people who love them. They numb their feelings with distractions. Their anxiety grows. Their spark dims. And each day feels heavier, harder, and more hopeless.

The Shift You’ll See

The Origin Story of RoadTrip

The Problem I Was Struggling With

I kept seeing bright, creative girls lose their spark. They were questioning their worth. Hiding their voices. Believing they weren’t enough—and I knew exactly how that felt, because I had been there too.

The Low Point

One girl in my program wrote in her journal:

“I don’t know why I feel like this. I just feel like I don’t matter.”

It was a turning point for me.

The Turning Point

I blended my experience in art, teaching, psychology, and nervous system regulation to create something playful and powerful: a course that helps girls trust themselves again.

The Result

RoadTrip helps tweens and teens reconnect with their creativity, shift their beliefs, and grow more confident—at their own pace, in their own way.

The Ripple Effect

When a child knows they matter, everything changes.

They speak up.

They dream again.

They believe in themselves.

And their joy becomes contagious.

How RoadTrip Works (And Why It’s Different)

I don’t just teach them to “think positive.” I teach them fun, simple thinking exercises that help train their brain for happiness and success—tools they can use again and again, now and as they grow up.

Creative Exercises

They’ll learn to name their thoughts and feelings through writing, helping them build self-awareness and emotional clarity in a low-pressure, creative way.

Imaginative Activities

Fun, hands-on prompts spark their creativity and give them a healthy way to express what’s going on inside—no art experience needed!

Mindset Shifts

Each module includes simple reflection questions that gently rewire negative thinking and plant seeds of confidence, self-trust, and hope.

Mood-boosting Tools

They’ll discover short, calming techniques they can use in real life when they’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or “off”—tools they’ll return to again and again.

But What If This Isn’t the Right Fit?

You might be thinking…

“I don’t know how to help them change their energy or beliefs.”

You don’t have to. That’s what RoadTrip is for.

“This sounds complicated.”

We’ve made it simple and playful—just how kids learn best.

“What if it doesn’t work?”

When they feel safe and seen, change happens. Every time.

“We don’t have the time.”

RoadTrip is self-paced and designed to fit real life. No pressure.

“Money’s tight right now.”

The cost of not  helping them now often becomes much higher. This is a small investment for a lifetime of belief in themselves.

Just like Caroline’s daughter—quiet, overwhelmed, and always comparing herself to others.

Caroline wasn’t sure a course like RoadTrip would help, but she gave it a chance. Within weeks, her daughter was drawing and journaling more, smiling more, and opening up about her latest ideas.

Her creativity returned, and so did her confidence. All because she had a safe space to explore who she is and how she wants to feel.
